CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION TO ANNANDALE VILLAGE
- The individual is age 18 or older
- Primary diagnosis is one of the following:
- Autism
- Cerebral Palsy
- Down Syndrome
- Fragile X Syndrome
- Prader-Willi
- Intellectual Disability/MR
- Williams Syndrome
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- The individual is ambulatory
- The individual possesses basic self-help skills
- The individual is not severely violent to themselves or others
- The individual is not dependent on any illegal drugs or alcohol
EXCLUSIONARY CRITERIA
- History of physical aggression
- History of self-harm
- Previously or currently incarcerated
- Received in patient treatment for psychiatric services within the last year
- History of fire setting
- Suicidal or homicidal
- Sex Offender
