Position Description:  Provides daily operational and administrative assistance to the office of Development, Marketing and Volunteer Services.  Plays an important role in the successful implementation of strategies to broaden the financial resources, community awareness, and volunteer impact of Annandale Village.

PROGRAM CENTER
Job Title: Programs Aide
Position Type: Full-time
Position Description: Annandale Village is searching for a flexible team player with a great attitude, patience and a willingness to go the extra mile. The Program Aide will primarily be responsible for providing transportation as assigned by the Program Center Manager to meet the needs of our clients, including, but not limited to transportation to/from their job, on campus transport and transport to commercial transportation sites. In addition to the transportation duties, this person will also be assisting at the Program Center and monitor the cafeteria as needed.

HOUSEKEEPING
Job Title:  Housekeeper (Campus-Wide)
Position Type:  Part-time (Weekends 8am-4:30pm)
Position Description:  Annandale Village is searching for a Full Time Campus Housekeeper.  As a member of our Maintenance Team you will be helping to ensure that our campus is maintained in an impeccable manner for our clients.  The ideal candidate will perform the day-to-day activities of housekeeping in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, and as may be directed by the Property and Facilities Manager, to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.  A candidate with floor tech experience is a plus!

Position Description: Responsible for providing a supportive home-like environment for our clients assigned to his/her residence.  Provides skills training to promote independence including, but not limited to; maintaining a safe and clean room, laundry skills, personal hygiene, and interpersonal relationships with their housemates.  Will participate in the necessary skills training for our clients to meet their goals through the AFLS assessment process.

Maintains a positive physical, social and psychological environment for the Villagers. Demonstrated organizational and communication skills are essential. The ability to multitask and cope with stress in difficult situations is necessary. Participants in necessary skills training for Villagers to meet their goals through the AFLS assessment process.

Position Description: The dynamic individual in this role will be transporting our clients to scheduled off grounds appointments, documenting thoroughly the content and findings of all visits.  This flexible team player will also be assisting in maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment for our clients by assisting as a CNA under the direction and supervision of the Health Services Manager.

Position Description: Responsible for managing the villager-directed health plan and supervising the day-to-day villager clinical needs during assigned shift. Assist in providing the day-to-day nursing activities of the village in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Director of Health Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Shift: 7:00am –  7:30pm

Tasks also will involve record-keeping, monitoring proper use of supplies and equipment, and maintenance of all storage areas.
