Position Description: Annandale Village is looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our Maintenance Team as our new Maintenance Tech & Painter.  This position does require some commercial painting experience as well as experience in sheet rock finishing and repairs. The Housekeeper will performs the day-to-day activities of housekeeping in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, and as may be directed by the Administrator or Director of Nursing, to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.   This position has the opportunity to become a F/T position.
