The person in this role must be able to provide direction, instruction and guidance to the members of our food service staff. Position Description: Responsible for providing a supportive home-like environment for our clients assigned to his/her residence.  Provides skills training to promote independence including, but not limited to; maintaining a safe and clean room, laundry skills, personal hygiene, and interpersonal relationships with their housemates.  Will participate in the necessary skills training for our clients to meet their goals through the AFLS assessment process.

Maintains a positive physical, social and psychological environment for the Villagers. Demonstrated organizational and communication skills are essential. The ability to multitask and cope with stress in difficult situations is necessary. Participants in necessary skills training for Villagers to meet their goals through the AFLS assessment process.

Assist in providing the day-to-day nursing activities of the village in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Director of Health Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
