Job Title: Program Center Manager 7.1.15
Position Description: 
Ensure the development and coordination of all Program Center activities including, but not limited to, workshop/supported employment activities, on and off campus, program curriculums/activities, transportation, and community involvement.  Provide supervision and support to all staff and Villagers.  Manager will work closely with all Annandale departments, especially Residential, Activities and Social Services, to ensure a seamless integration of services for all Villagers.  Managerial responsibilities include scheduling staff for optimal coverage of all programs and activities; development and evaluation of staff; coaching/counseling as required to maintain a high quality of service and support; active participation on the Leadership and Programs and Services Teams including attending meetings and communicating information back to Program Center staff as appropriate.

Position Description: Annandale Village is looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our Maintenance Team as our new Maintenance Tech & Painter.  This position does require some commercial painting experience as well as experience in sheet rock finishing and repairs. The ideal person for this position will also have basic plumbing, basic electrical, basic carpentry experience and knowledge of basic hand tools usage.

Annandale Village is seeking an experienced skilled nursing Medical Billing Specialist. Experience with skilled nursing billing is a must . Experience with AHT is preferable, but not required. The person in the role would manage the billing and collections of Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Insurance or Private accounts for our 32 bed skilled nursing facility. This position is responsible for eligibility verification, Medicaid and Medicare billing and collections, private billing and collections, daily monitoring, month-end close of the billing system and claim appeals.
