Vocational Programs

Our Vocational Services program gives individuals an opportunity for on and off campus employment in a safe and positive environment. While learning and earning are encouraged, the development of self-esteem is the most valued product.

Annandale Village Residents Having Success at McDonald'sAnnandale’s staff provides instruction in technical and job-keeping skills, as the resident workforce meets contractual commitments while achieving personal goals.

Annandale’s workshop program offers Villagers on-campus vocational opportunities such as light assembly, mailing, and packaging. Employment opportunities in our on-campus workshop are provided through partnerships and contracts with businesses throughout the United States. In addition, Villagers that employed through Annandale’s workshop program receive personal assistance, as well as, the ability to work at their own pace either individually or with a group of their fellow Villagers.
