Veronica Pomeranz of Atlanta Counseling and Wellness LLC, along with 12 other community leaders are vying for HAMerica’s Vote and the opportunity to pucker up and KISS-A-PIG in support of individuals with developmental disabilities and those that have experienced an acquired brain injury. Yet, to win HAMerica’s Vote, she needs your help.
Please consider voting for Veronica by making a tax-deductible donation to Annandale Village. Each dollar you are able to contribute will equal one vote for her candidacy. The candidate with the most votes or funds raised by July 21, will be named the winner of the Kiss-A-Pig campaign! More importantly, your support will provide vital programs and services to help people with developmental disabilities to lead lives that reflect quality, value, self-worth, and achievement.
Please give generously…Veronica Pomeranz really wants to KISS-A-PIG!
Veronica Pomeranz, owner of Atlanta Counseling and Wellness, LLC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia. She has been practicing psychotherapy in metro Atlanta for almost fifteen years, where she helped many adults with issues like depression, anxiety, and trauma. Veronica has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, her home state. Besides having a brother-in-law with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Veronica has a first cousin with a developmental disability, as well. So, helping people similar to her cousin and her brother-in-law is near and dear to her heart.
Veronica has been married to Adam Pomeranz, the CEO of Annandale Village, for eleven years. They have a soon to be eight year old girl, Lily, and six year old boy, Evan, as well as a four-legged one year old named Remi. Although hesitant to refer to herself as a yogi, Veronica has been a yoga enthusiast ever since she took her fist class over twenty years ago. Veronica and her family live in Peachtree Corners, where she can be seen walking Remi, volunteering at Simpson Elementary School, or rooting for her children at one of the local athletic fields. Perhaps most importantly, she is looking forward to doing something this very accomplished woman has never done before – kissing a pig!
